The whole room from one factory
Kika Mobel has made furniture in Tetovo, North Macedonia, since 1992. We sell only to businesses and make everything to order, never to stock, in our factory of around 3,500 m². Our own upholstery and panel departments make headboards and bed bases as well as wardrobes, desks, nightstands, wall panels and storage, so all the furniture for a guest room can come from one factory.
A project starts from the room matrix, whether it comes from the hotel owner or operator, a hospitality purchasing company, an interior contractor or the designer. The matrix links each furniture code to its room types, quantities, drawing and revision. List the repeated room types first and name mirror-image layouts, accessible rooms and suites separately, so exceptions never get mixed into the standard rooms.
Materials follow your finish schedule. Melamine board comes in the decor and texture you choose, MDF is used where fronts are lacquered, foil-wrapped or routed, and plywood or veneered board is reviewed project by project. Fronts can be matte, gloss or soft-touch lacquer to a RAL or NCS reference, PVC or PET foil, gloss or supermatte acrylic, or natural veneer. Unless your schedule names other suppliers, we use boards by Egger, Kronospan and Kaindl and hardware by Blum and Hettich.

Wardrobes and luggage storage
Hinged or sliding-door wardrobes with drawers, rails, baskets and lighting to your specification. Minibar and luggage cabinets can be added within the agreed scope.
Desks, nightstands and dressers
Desks, nightstands, dressers and dressing tables made to match the wardrobes and headboards of each room type.
Wall panels, TV units and reception furniture
Wall panelling, TV panels and display units for guest rooms and lobbies, plus reception furniture. Integrated LED lighting can be cold, natural or warm white, and MDF or plastic profiles give a slatted or fluted wall.
Apartment kitchens
Kitchen and utility cabinets for serviced apartments, with laminate or compact worktops and cut-outs made to the drawings. Each kitchen is designed in 3D first, so you approve layout, finishes and hardware before production.
Bathroom and back-of-house
Vanity units and wall cabinets for bathrooms, plus laundry storage and hallway systems for service areas, with materials, finishes and hardware confirmed for their intended use.

We review room schedules, drawings and finish requirements, then define a sample-room or prototype approval path before repeat production. Batch timing, packing, documentation, delivery and any installation scope are confirmed for the individual project.

Room matrix
Send the room schedule with unit counts per room type, the furniture drawings, material and hardware schedules and your target dates.

Technical review
We check each furniture code for construction, materials, hardware and finish against your specification and material availability. The quotation then confirms scope, timing, packing, delivery terms, warranty and payment milestones.

Sample room
Where the project calls for one, we make a prototype room or a single unit for your written approval. Every later batch is checked against it.

Phased production
Batches follow the agreed project programme. Before each release, we check dimensions, machining, edges, fittings, labelling and packing against the approved drawings.

Packing and delivery
Furniture is packed for export, labelled room by room if the project needs it, and shipped with the documents for its destination on the delivery terms in the quotation.

Frequently asked questions
Do you produce furniture for hotels and apartments?
Yes. We make furniture for guest rooms, reception areas and apartments, including upholstered headboards and bed bases. Each project is reviewed against its room matrix, drawings, materials, hardware and quantities.
Can you furnish a whole project?
One package can cover several furniture types, such as beds, wardrobes, desks, wall panels and apartment kitchens. The quotation itemises the products, samples, delivery, any installation and who is responsible for each. Other trades are not included.
Can you make a sample room before the full order?
Yes. A sample room or a single unit can be made and approved in writing before repeat production starts. Its contents, price and approval method are agreed in advance.
Can you supply certified fabrics, foams and boards?
Yes, if you tell us at enquiry stage. Name the certificate the project needs, for example EN 1021-1/-2, DIN 4102 B1 or E1 boards, and we build to it. Supplier documentation is confirmed with the quotation.
How is the furniture packed and delivered?
Packing and labelling are agreed for each product and route. We quote EXW Tetovo or delivery to your destination. North Macedonia is a European country outside the European Union, so tell us the importer and the customs and document rules at the destination. Export documents are confirmed before shipment.
Is on-site installation included?
Not automatically. We can quote on-site assembly once the destination, site access and division of responsibilities are clear. Whatever is agreed goes into the quotation.
