From panel to finished product
All production happens inside our factory in Tetovo. That means full control over quality, lead times and costs — no outsourcing of the critical operations.

Precise cutting with material optimisation — less waste, lower cost per piece.
CNC cutting, drilling & routing
Complex shapes, perfect openings and repeatability from the first piece to the thousandth — on our Biesse Rover CNC.
Edge banding
Felder F800 60.12 — laser, PUR and EVA edges. Seamless laser look; waterproof PUR joints for kitchens and bathrooms.
Assembly & quality control
Hardware fitting, piece-by-piece inspection and export-ready packaging.
Technology
A modern European machine line
We run Italian Biesse machines for cutting and CNC machining, and an Austrian Felder line for edge banding — the standard of the modern furniture industry. The result is industrial precision in every operation, with the flexibility for made-to-measure orders.

Quality & capacity
Every order passes through three control points: after cutting, after edge banding and before packing. We machine E1-class boards from European suppliers — supplier declarations available on request — and structural panels are 18 mm as standard. Typical production lead time is 4–6 weeks plus transit, and our capacity lets us run project and serial orders in parallel — without slipping deadlines.
