A factory behind your own-brand range
Kika Mobel has made furniture in the Tetovo area of North Macedonia since 1992 and today operates from a 3,500 m² factory. We work B2B only, with furniture retailers and resellers and with companies that need furniture made under their own brand.
We make to order, never to stock, and keep no fixed catalogue models. Every product starts from your data: the drawings and specification of a model you already sell, an adaptation of an existing model, or a brief for a new one. Where no drawing exists yet, we can prepare the design in 3D so you approve dimensions, finishes and hardware before production.
Materials follow your specification. As standard we build with boards by Egger, Kronospan and Kaindl and hardware by Blum and Hettich, and we also build to the supplier, decor or fitting your range already uses once availability is checked. Fronts can be melamine, MDF lacquered in matte, gloss or soft-touch to a RAL or NCS reference, foil-wrapped in PVC or PET, acrylic in gloss or supermatte, or natural veneer.
If your market requires fabric, foam or panel certification, such as EN 1021-1/-2, DIN 4102 B1 or E1 boards, name it in your enquiry. Supplier documentation is confirmed with the quotation.

Each product family is quoted from your drawings, variants and quantities, and one programme can combine several.
Wardrobes and storage
Hinged and sliding-door wardrobes, walk-in systems and hallway storage in your sizes and decors. Interiors take drawers, baskets, rails and lighting, and glass-and-steel fronts are available.
Beds and bedrooms
Upholstered or wooden headboards, beds with lift-up storage, nightstands, dressers and dressing tables. Upholstery is made in our own department to your fabric and foam specification.
TV and living units
Floating TV units, full wall compositions with concealed lighting, and display cabinets. Slatted or fluted finishes are made with MDF or plastic wall profiles.
Bathroom and utility
Vanity units, wall cabinets and laundry storage. Materials, finishes and hardware are confirmed for the intended use before production.
Panel processing
For manufacturers who build on their own: panel cutting, CNC machining and edge banding, quoted from your files once material, thickness, edge specification and tolerances are confirmed.

Review and quotation
We check construction, materials, hardware and packing against your data and list any open points. Feasibility, scope, price and timing then follow in writing.

Sample or trial batch
A sample or trial batch can be scoped before series production. Once you approve it in writing, it becomes the reference for every repeat order.

Series production
Batches run to the approved drawings. At the agreed inspection points we check dimensions, machining, edges, fittings, assembly readiness, labelling and packing before release.

Packing and dispatch
Export packing, brand labels and documents are agreed by product and route. Goods leave EXW Tetovo or on delivery terms quoted for your destination.

Frequently asked questions
Do you produce private-label furniture for resellers?
Yes. We make furniture under your brand to approved drawings, specifications and quantities. Labelling, packaging and inspection points are agreed for each programme and set out in the written quotation.
Can you repeat the same series on order?
Yes. Repeat orders are made against the approved technical data and the control points agreed for that model. Any change to a material, fitting or dimension is recorded as a new revision before production.
Is there a minimum order for a private-label range?
The minimum order is not fixed in advance. It is confirmed together with the production scope after technical review, and trial and repeat quantities are agreed after a capacity check.
How long does production take?
It depends on the product, the quantity and the materials, so there is no standard lead time. Capacity and scheduling are confirmed in writing after technical review and a material-availability check.
Can you supply flat-pack furniture in our own packaging?
Flat-pack or assembled supply can be assessed. Construction, connectors, packing and transport are reviewed together, since not every construction suits flat-pack delivery. Brand labels, pack structure and assembly instructions are agreed per programme, and labelling and packing are checked before release.
Which delivery terms and documents do you offer?
Goods can be collected EXW Tetovo, or we quote delivery to your destination. We prepare the export documents, such as EUR.1, invoices and packing lists, and confirm them for each product and route before shipment. The Incoterm, warranty and payment milestones are set in the written quotation.
