Quotations and pricing
Every quotation is prepared per specification and is valid for the period stated in it. Minimum order size depends on the product type and batch.
Production and lead times
Delivery time is defined in the quotation and starts from order confirmation and payment of the agreed advance. A sample or sample room can be agreed before serial production.
Delivery and installation
We deliver abroad with complete export documentation (including EUR.1 where applicable). Installation is offered for projects within Europe.
Claims
Visible quality issues should be reported upon receipt of goods. Hidden defects should be reported immediately upon discovery, with photos.
For everything else, the order contract and the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia apply.
